UK Representation to the EU Brussels Case study

Requirements

UKREP is a diplomatic mission based in Brussels, part of the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, and closely aligned with DExEU (an existing Agento client). With an increase in workload and changes brought about by Brexit, the department needed an intranet to keep staff abreast of changes and provide a central source of information.

Our solution

With appropriate approvals, we were able to provide a carbon copy of the DExEU intranet as a basis for the new UKREP intranet. With minimum costs required for setup and configuration, the communications team were able to use most of their budget towards training and coaching.
