Day to day

Intranet content is indexed, embedded and stored as vectors on the AI server database. Indexing happens in realtime, as you publish, change or remove content.

User questions are queried against the vector database and sent to the large language model (LLM) on the AI server to return a natural language answer based on the question and intranet content.

No hallucination; if the AI can’t find the answer, it won’t make up an answer.
